SUMMARY

In accordance with its bylaws and policies, each year the St. Charles County Association of REALTORS® reviews its policies, programs and activities to ensure that the Association is fulfilling its mission and vision, while meeting the ever changing needs of its membership for support, education, and training.

The plan that follows on these pages is the accumulation of the work of Association Leadership, the Strategic Planning Committee and the Association Staff. It contains six areas in which the Association should concentrate its efforts. Each area of concentration contains a goal and strategies and tactics to meet this goal and further the mission and vision of the Association. The Strategic Plan is designed to serve as a blueprint for the Association as it strives to serve its members in the years ahead.
