Improve Broker involvement

Strategy A: Conduct a series of focus groups throughout the broker community.

Strategy B: Ask the President and/or the AE to meet with the brokers and/or the corporate leadership of agencies not participating in Association activities to determine why they are not taking advantage of the services our Association offers.

Strategy C: Once our liaison program is re-established use the office liaisons to strengthen communication with the brokers.

Strategy D: Ask the Directors to visit three offices during the year in addition to their own offices and speak from talking points established by the Association. Report back to the Board of Directors.

Strategy E: Invite Managing Brokers to "Meetings Outside of Meetings" (MOMs) in an effort to strengthen inter-broker relationships.

Strategy F: Improve incentives and recognition for Brokers who participate in the Association's activities.
