Improve communications to our REALTOR® and Affiliate members
Strategy A: Recruit liaisons from each office to be responsible for communicating key association issues at office meetings.
Strategy B: Establish a direct line of communication between the office liaisons and the Association Leadership/AE.
Strategy C: Expand the Broker Update to become a "Member Update".
Strategy D: Survey the members to evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of our newsletter. Reevaluate our relationship with Foley Publishing to determine if the newsletter is meeting our communication goals.
Strategy E: Appoint a REALTOR® liaison to attend affiliate meetings and receive feedback focused on strengthening affiliate relationships. Ask what the Association can do to strengthen the Affiliate/Member bond and offer suggestions on how Affiliates can improve business opportunities. Ensure that the Association follows through on value commitments made to affiliate members.
Strategy F: Ask the Member Services Committee to plan a series of well promoted meetings featuring topics that members will recognize as important for their personal business development.
