Mid America Regional Information Systems (MARIS) administers the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) for the St. Louis, St. Charles County, Jefferson and Franklin County Associations and the East Central Board of REALTORS®. The MLS website contains information to help agents achieve the goal of listing and selling real estate.

The MLS is more than just listings; it is a tool underutilized by most REALTORS®. The MLS can be used to store contacts/prospects, manage clients, create CMA presentations for clients, look at trends, save searches, do reverse prospecting and create customized report formats, just to name a few of the tools within the MLS.

A new program offered by MARIS is e-neighborhoods, an enhanced CMA program available to members upon request. This program is offered at no additional charge by contacting MARIS.

MARIS also offers training classes at no charge. Classes are held monthly at the St. Charles County Association of REALTORS®. Registration is required and you may sign up for classes on the MARIS website, www.marisnet.com.

An additional feature you will see each time you sign on to the MARIS site is broadcast notices. The Association uses this format to update its members on events, classes and seminars being offered through the Association.

Also, MARIS does its own billing and provides technical support for its members. The Association and MARIS work together to provide members with the best possible service.
