Do your clients need a little more help to afford that new home? Could any of your clients use an extra $1,250 to help pay the first year’s property taxes on their new home? Could any of your clients use an extra $500 to help make their new home more energy efficient?
If you answered yes to any of these questions, you need to find out more about the Home Ownership Purchase Enhancement Program (HOPE Program) offered by the Missouri Housing Development Commission (MHDC). The Association will be hosting representatives of MHDC on Monday, March 22, 2010 at 1:00 pm at the Association classroom. They will be here to explain the program, eligibility requirements, funds that are available, and how your clients can apply for this program.
