How is the dues amount decided from year to year?
The annual membership dues amount is made up of three different amounts: local dues (SCCAR), state dues (MAR), and national dues (NAR). Each of those amounts is determined by that level's Board of Directors during the budgeting process. The local dues amount has not been raised since 2001.

There is a link on the bottom of the Home Page of our website. Click on the link and to log in, type in your full name including middle initial with a period after it (case sensitive). Your NRDS number is your password.
How do you get to be a HUD-approved REALTORŪ?
To be approved by HUD to sell their properties, a REALTORŪ must fill out some paperwork for HUD and meet their qualifications. Please contact the local office of HUD for more information.

How do you get a key to a HUD home?
The only way to get a key to a HUD home is to be a HUD-approved REALTORŪ. To gain access, call the listing agent (who is a HUD-approved REALTORŪ) and have him/her meet you at the home.
