Did you forget to pay your 2021 membership dues? Are you experiencing service suspension? It is easy to reinstate services.
Attention Members: If you have not paid your 2021 St.Charles REALTORS® Membership dues as of Sunday, January 31, 2021. On Monday, February 1, 2021 your services were suspended and a $100 late fee has been added to your account.
The late fee and suspended services, applies to all REALTOR® and REALTOR® Associate members. No exceptions on late fee. Dues are non refundable. Note: Your 2021 due date was December 31, 2020. You were given 31 days grace period in January.
Affiliate and Affiliate Associate members services are also suspended until paid.
No late fee on Affiliates or Secondary memberships. Dues are non refundable.
Paying your dues will get you reinstated and services will be restored within a few hours during business hours, Payments made after 3pm, your restoration of services will occur during the next business day. Click link or read the instructions below the link on how to pay:
On-line Instructions to : View/Pay your invoice on the St. Charles REALTORS® Member Service Center
- To access your invoice, you must login to the Member Service Center.
- Your will need your User name= NRDS# 52xxxxxxx ,and your password to login. If you do not know your password, you can click the “Get Started” button on that login page, please follow the steps to reset password.
- Once your email pops up click continue again, an email will be sent to you with a link for resetting your password.
- Follow that link to reset password then go back to our member service center and log in.
- Click My Orders on the menu located on the top right of your menu bar.
- Unpaid orders/open orders will populate. Click on the blue words: Pay dues.
- Order Summary pops up with details of dues. (There are two optional line items, click edit if needed )
- Ready to pay…. click Pay Now if you have a saved credit card it will select that card, if you wish to use a different card…
- Click the : Use another card option, and then enter your payment information. Remember to update your billing address as needed.
- Follow prompts until paid, you can print a detailed invoice/receipt from My Orders on the menu, but an automated email receipt will be sent once payment processes.
