As the Director of Education and Marketing, Trystin is responsible for the administration of the Association's Education program and the administration of the Association’s Communication Plan. This includes coordinating class/instructor scheduling, registrations, MREC filings, recordkeeping of continued education and professional development courses, as well as maintaining and promoting the Associations website and social media platforms.
Trystin serves as a staff liaison to the Professional Development, Leadership Development, Community Outreach, PR/Marketing, YPN, and Technology Committees. She is responsible for all projects relating to those committees, including marketing, grant applications, logistics, and registration.
Trystin obtained her Bachelor’s in Business Administration at Lindenwood University. She has attained her At Home With Diversity (AHWD) Certification and has become C2EX endorsed. She has been with the Association since August of 2020 and has over 8 years of customer service experience, as well as experience in social media, marketing, and event planning.
