That’s what one Houston Association of REALTORS® staff member said as REALTORS® from around the country rallied to provide support to his community after Hurricane Harvey. In fact, thanks to your generosity, thousands of people displaced by Harvey will have a roof over their heads during the long road to recovery. Your contributions have enabled the REALTORS® Relief Foundation to provide $1.75 million in mortgage and rental assistance to Texas families whose homes were devastated by Harvey.
But our work is not finished. With Hurricane Irma’s destructive sweep through the southeast, including Florida, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands, and wildfires burning in our northwestern states, the need for natural disaster relief funding this year is unprecedented.
