71 percent of homeowners think that it is a good time to sell, according to the National Association of REALTORS quarterly Housing Opportunities and Market Experience (HOME) survey. This may bring more listings later this year and some relief to the shortage of inventory, which has contributed to price appreciation that is far above income growth.
