A recent survey of REALTORS by the National Association of REALTORS showed that REALTORS are interested in learning more about smart home technology. REALTORS see the consumer interest in smart technology still developing, but that they anticipate that this trend will influence buying decisions in the future. 37 percent of those surveyed said that their clients find smart locks very important, followed by lights at 29 percent and thermostats at 26 percent.
