In a major victory for Missouri families, the Missouri Legislature last week gave final approval to the First Time Home Buyers Savings Account legislation. This legislation championed by REALTORS from across Missouri establishes a tax free savings account to allow Missourians to save for their first home. The legislation sets limits on the deductions and requires that the funds be used to purchase a home in Missouri. The legislation has been sent to Gov. Greitens for his signature.
