Most Contracts Close on Time

A recent survey of REALTORS across the nation showed that 64 percent of all contracts written were closed on-time.  26 percent of those surveyed said they had experienced delays in closing.  12 percent of the delays were attributed to financing issues. 8 percent of delays were attributed to home inspection issues and 7 percent to appraisal issues.
