A recent survey of 2,000 recent home buyers and sellers found that 19 percent of people who bought or sold an home in the past year made a bid on a home before viewing it in person! This number increases to 39 percent of people who bought homes for more than $750,000.
When possible. many buyers will send a friend or family member to tour the home in their place before making an offer! Plus 3D photography and virtual tours are used by many buyers! Experts warn buyers need to be very careful!
