St. Charles County Outperforms the Nation

The numbers are in, and once again the real estate market in St., Charles County is outperforming the nation.  In June, the typical home sold in just 33 days across the country.  Here in St. Charles County the median home sold in just 19 days, a full 14 days quicker than the national average.  Across the nation 47 percent of homes are selling in less than a month.
